2010 was a seminal year for the boys. While in the midst of writing and re-cording the new album, Up From Here, their friends and fan base secured them a spot opening for the legendary Bon Jovi at American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX. Soon after the show Zack King released the first single, Everything’s Bigger, from the upcoming album. The song quickly started to generate new interest in the band.
“...the best band we've had open on the tour so far." (Dave Eisenhower - Bon Jovi Front of House Sound Engineer)
It was not long before calls started coming in with intriguing opportunities. But with the album in mid-production they needed to be cautious with their time. They remained patient while the CD was completed, being very selec-tive about the projects they worked on knowing they’d soon be ready to move to the next stage. They appeared on All Jack’d Up on Dallas/Fort Worth’s KTXA which led to an advertising campaign with the Dallas’ Stars featuring Everything’s Bigger.
The Zack King Train was rolling.
